A Top Producing team at John L. Scott is looking to add a team member! Our team has been serving the local community's Real Estate needs since 2000. We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative/Project Manager to assist with contracts, social media/marketing management and client follow up.

You will also be responsible for organizing office records, customer data entry, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support our team. Our ideal candidate can solve problems, has great customer service, and is organized. We are looking to grow our team and need someone who is motivated and looking to grow and learn.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • In charge of social media content

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • Bilingual in English and Punjabi or Hindi

Compensation
$18 - $20 an hour/DOE
