The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner.


  • Unlock and keep the office open to provide access to customers, agents, and other employees throughout the day, and to secure and close down the office at the end of the scheduled workday.
  • Greet customers, both physical customers and via telephone.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and agents about the general office and real estate activities. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineries, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, scanner, and fax machine.
  • Make showing appointments for office listings.
  • Maintain office supplies and submit orders.
  • Maintain office equipment and equipment supplies.
  • Receive and distribute mail.
  • Manage office schedules.
  • Ensures transactions files are complete by reviewing files and following up with responsible parties.
  • Maintain the office's professional and clean appearance.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services.
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs.
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings.


  • Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Time management is important; complete changing tasks on a day to day basis with little supervision
  • A high school diploma or GED required some college experience preferred
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team
  • Must be organized, proficient, and on-time
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must not hold an active Real Estate License in this position

$13 hourly
