We’re hiring a motivated, dynamic Real Estate Office Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, complying with legal procedures, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other Team members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough and detail-oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.   • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized

  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to ensure customer satisfaction ratings continue to be A+
  • Help plan, organize, and implement Client and Community Outreach events to stay in consistent contact with our customers and improve our standing in the local area

  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Weekend and evening availability
$18 - $22 per hour DOE + Bonus
