We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include assisting the Transaction Coordinator with keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
This position will also assist in managing calendars, setting appointments, planning events, office supply inventory, producing documents and completing projects with minimal supervision along with a high level of attention to detail. Strong customer service skills, proper phone etiquette, excellent keyboarding skills and strong organizational skills are required. This role requires familiarity with real estate contracts and the ability to extract necessary information.
