You would work with the Accounting and Agent Services Departments to learn their processes and establish areas where your skillsets and talents shine. While your position will become much more defined over time, it will be very fluid, in nature, as you will work with our staff over the next several months to build and refine systems and processes that serve our Agent and Broker Partners. 

This is an 8 AM-5 PM "In Office" Position in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Compensation starting at $40,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience). We believe in the consistent rewarding of those who serve others at a high level!


  • Make our Agent Partners feel like they’re important because they are!
  • Engage in courteous, respectful communications with Brokers, Staff, and Agent Partners by phone, text, and email. We are very particular about how those in our organization are treated. We are Positive, Gracious, and Helpful in everything we do. We are here to serve others
  • Daily review of action items for current and future projects
  • Support our Agent Partners, Brokers, and Staff
  • Adhere to the 5 Laws:

  • 3+ years experience REQUIRED in Idaho Real Estate Office operations
  • The Wizehire DISC+ Assessment REQUIRED for your application to be considered
  • Experience working with REALTOR Associations and MLS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Excellent written communication skills in email and text
  • Proficient Excel and Word skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and must take pride in the quality of your work
  • Great communicator and prides themselves in delivering great hospitality and high-level service to other
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow through from collaboration to execution
  • Willing to learn
