We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.   • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand

  • Perform in-office tasks including answering phones, texts, and greeting clients with exemplary customer service
  • Assist with scheduling and preparation for property showings, buyer showings, and photoshoots
  • Follow-up for feedback after showings via phone and text
  • Assist with CRM database updates and maintenance
  • Prepare for weekly Open Houses including printing, packaging, and setup
  • Receive and deliver Earnest Money checks and complete other business-related errands, as necessary (purchase office supplies, deliver closing gifts, etc.)
  • From time to time, employees may be assigned tasks or duties as deemed appropriate/necessary. 

  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

  • PC literate and typing proficient
  • Detail-oriented and organized – can multi-task, work well under pressure and follow through on commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can maintain good attendance and arrive consistently at scheduled start time
  • Ability to give and receive feedback to improve skills and job knowledge
  • Able to work weekends and extended hours as required to meet business demands

$20 - $22 hourly
