We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrator to join our growing team. The administrator will supervise office activities to achieve maximum productivity. The Administrator will be the first person that individuals will encounter when entering our office. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as processing transaction documents in our various systems and databases, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments, and other responsibilities of running the office. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.   • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area

  • Assist the manager of the office in all respects including creating emails or direct mail recruiting campaigns,
  • Process deal paperwork as required and enter needed information into the various company systems.
  • Handle all transaction deposits in accordance with company procedures
  • Meet and greet visitors to our office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Help in the recruiting of sales associates through sourcing and interviewing
  • Help current agents and newly hired agents with questions relating to company systems and tools by becoming an expert in those areas
  • Maintain the office and the equipment in a safe, clean, and functioning state.
  • Any and all other administrative tasks necessary to run the office, as required.

  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry a plus but not required
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient
  • Able to deal with multiple personalities and interact respectfully

$15 - $18 hourly
