We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team

  • General office duties including answering phones, opening office, post and organize mail, keep inventory, and re-ordering supplies
  • Marketing including, updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media, creating flyers, mailers, and videos
  • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up
  • Hold agents accountable for specified activities

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents

Compensation
$18 hourly
