We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant who resides within 20 miles of Johns Creek, GA to assist a top-producing real estate team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as answering calls and emails, running errands like placing lockboxes and signs on new properties, taking photos of new listings, helping with managing tenant software, maintaining updates to the website and marketing material.   • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

  • Run errands as needed such as placing signs and lockboxes at new listings
  • Assist in managing property management software, Propertyware. This will include running tenant applications, creating leases, processing rent, and issuing demand letters.
  • Update website with new listings and other material

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Good time management skills
  • Organized
  • Customer Service Experience

$15 hourly
