We are looking for our next New Homes Sales Agent to grow with our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate initial rapport with potential buyers, establish trusting relationships, provide a high degree of communication, and reach monthly sales targets.
A Real Estate License is required for this job but please apply if you have a proven sales track record in another field and a willingness to get licensed; we can help you!

- Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers
- Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals
- Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team
- Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred
