We are in need of a real estate new agent mentor to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the overseeing of prospecting new leads, making and receiving calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Additionally, you will lead and train our inside sales and new agent internship programs and help them develop and grow into successful real estate agents. - Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Effectively lead and develop agents on the inside sales team for the purpose of growing them into successful real estate agents.
- Successfully recruit and onboard new members of the inside sales agent team.
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of sales management experience including performance tracking and coaching
$18 - $22 hourly
