We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage our campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience generating inbound leads, gaining followers, managing posts, and optimizing SEO.
This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, as well as oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising.

- Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
- Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
- Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
- Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Market new listings to include video, photography, and all print materials
- Consistently incorporate new marketing materials to continue developing content and brand
- Expert in forward design concepts
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
- Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
- B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
$15 - $20 hourly
