We are seeking a talented Marketing Content Creator to join a busy real estate team, responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline, creating engaging content for print materials, organizing community events, and increasing brand awareness.
You'll help develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure consistent messaging. You'll also coordinate client events to deepen client relationships and provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with marketing strategies. You should be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be a creative thinker and problem-solver. We want a highly productive person who is able to see projects from start to finish!
Please note: We are not looking for a person who does online lead generation only. Those with content or copywriting skills are preferred. The job is 70% marketing and 30% administrative work, which consists of real estate forms and client care responsibilities.
