Chicago-based (Lincoln Park) top-producing real estate team is seeking an experienced marketing manager. Must be a highly motivated leader with expertise in content marketing, social media, blog and newsletter writing, drip campaigns, and content writing for listings.
The current 25-30 hour position requires an in-office (and some remote work) with the potential for growth.
Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, and advertising. Strong content writer for blog posts, monthly newsletters, and MLS property descriptions. Call to action and setting up drip campaigns a must. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical.
