The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Our ideal candidate is full of ideas about how to market properties and ready to share and execute them.

  • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
  • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
  • Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
  • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
  • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers

  • Produce, post, and maintain brand awareness across all social media platforms being used by the team
  • Create and post videos for social media
  • Produce newsletters and email campaigns
  • Coordinate, promote, and manage client and community events
  • Create and assemble client gifts
  • Design and print all marketing materials for clients, listings, and events
  • Maintain dynamic branded website

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
  • Expert in forward design concepts

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Team player who loves seeing the results of their efforts
  • Strong communication skills are a must, and able to work independently
  • Exceptional at meeting deadlines with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience using social media platforms: FB/YT/IG/GMB
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience in Canva and Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry a plus
  • Able to stay on-brand and in-voice

$20,000 - $25,000 yearly
