The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management.

In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; creating content; and preparing reports for social media platform SEO, and running ads on various platforms.

• Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
• Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
• Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

• Experience in utilizing click funnels, boosting ads, SEO, etc to bring awareness to the brand, increase social media presence and following, and website visibility.
• Plan out weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media campaigns and content to increase real estate brand.

• Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
• B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors
