Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, part-time to full-time Administrative Assistant to provide superior coordination of the front office and marketing duties utilizing excellent customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required.

This high-energy, detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing tasks to efficiently run the front desk environment by performing a variety of responsibilities with confidence.

*Must work in the Arlington, TX office Monday-Friday.*

Responsibilities
  • Arrange for and implement all team events and post highlights on social media
  • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant
  • Update and respond to all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts
  • Produce marketing for all agency events including team events, new listings and open houses
  • Prepares weekly sales reports
  • Tracks incoming leads for agents
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from Agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Manage contract to close process including group Calendar.
Qualifications
  • Innovative social media skills
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Marketing and Real Estate experience preferred
  • Strong communications skills are a must
  • Able to handle various Marketing and Admin tasks.
  • Able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
  • Work well with little supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and identify tasks that need to be handled.
  • Bi-lingual a PLUS!
Compensation
$18,000 - $24,000 yearly
