The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management.

In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
  • Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
  • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
  • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
  • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
Qualifications
  • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • Develop new concepts based on input
Compensation
$12 - $17 hourly
