We are looking for a real estate licensee or someone desiring to obtain their real estate license to join our team as a real estate marketing coordinator. experience with Adobe, WordPress, and Canva, as well as other creative and marketing. The position would be hourly and the coordinator would be allowed and encouraged to do licensed activities as a member of our team as well. Remote work may be available at times and for certain tasks.

This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, as well as oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising.

• Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
• Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
• Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
• Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized

• Be an Active Member of Our Real Estate Sales Team

• Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
• Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
• 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required

• Holds MN Real Estate License or willingness to obtain MN Real Estate License
