Boutique Realty office in South Redondo Beach is seeking a talented marketing coordinator
You will be responsible for creating, running and measuring all marketing materials and campaigns for growing real estate office. Campaigns and materials will include direct mail, flyers, advertisements, websites, sale sheets, postcards, email blasts, events, social media, client appreciation gifts, etc.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and self-directed individual with strong drive, motivation and marketing skills. Optimally, Candidate has experience in the real estate industry, though not required.
Added bonuses are design skills, video, SEO, and website building skills. Candidate must have confidence, the ability to work on tight deadlines, manage and prioritize, and generate new ideas and solutions on their own.
You will need to have a strong portfolio to help us assess your marketing experience and abilities - this is a must.
If you do not have strong Photoshop/Illustrator/design skills you must be able to work with designers to accomplish goals of creating high-end creative materials for the office.

Requirements: Must have professional marketing experience and samples of your work showing your clear ability to create, implement and measure marketing efforts and success.
