We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage our campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience generating inbound leads, gaining followers, managing posts and optimizing SEO.

This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential customers with quality and consistent content, as well as oversee and administer our company’s social media marketing and advertising.

  • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
  • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
  • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
  • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
  • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must
  • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
  • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • Develops innovative forward design concepts
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required

  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Great ability to focus and multi-task
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work in our Morley, MI branch office
