Real Estate Operations - Marketing Manager

Our ideal candidate will have experience integrating real estate software and technologies to improve productivity and create additional business opportunities. This individual demonstrates success in creating new systems and improving existing ones. Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where their contributions to the team are valued and rewarded! This is a part-time, 4-hour M-F, in-office position. There are advancement opportunities for someone who desires to contribute to the growth and refinement of the organization.   • Organizing, automating and improving clients buying or selling experience via productivity tools (Trello) and CRM (Follow-Up Boss).
  • Manage and improve client care experience.
  • Manage G-Suite and Drive.
  • Create systems to execute and market client events. 
  • Create and manage client giveaways or contests.
  • Create system for packets when agents meet with new clients.
  • Create open house system for team agents
  • Transactional support, schedule pre-inspections, photographers, stager, sign up/down request, lockbox placement/retrieval.
  • Create a listing marketing system (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.
  • Create listing feedback and client report system.
  • Administer marketing for the team, including but not limited to mailing campaigns, email & texting campaigns, client events, social media marketing, and other forms of advertising.
  • Stay in communication with our current and past clients and follow up after any closing to secure FIVE STAR reviews from everyone we do business with.
  • Manage closing statements.
  • Enhance company Website including lead capture and backend CRM.
  • Create and manage ancillary. websites/squeeze pages for lead capture systems.
  • Improve SEO and content and manage 3rd party integrations.
  • Increase brand awareness.
  • Manage company Google Business Page and interface with Marketing Dept. to ensure content is consistent with SEO objectives.
  • Manage Local Service Ads Account 
  • Create ads and manage company Meta advertising account; Prepare Monthly KPI Reports.


  • Attention to detail, takes pleasure in organizing systems, embodies time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Past experience customizing and implementing productivity tools such as Trello, Asana, Evernote, Zapier, Slack (etc).
  • Familiarity inputting and managing CRMs such as Follow-up Boss.
  • Google Certified and/or significantly demonstrated previous experience with building websites, SEO enhancement, Google Business Pages, etc.
  • Well-versed in all things Google- Suite, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Extensions
  • Experience with 3rd party real estate web hosting services such as Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Chime, Command, Follow-up Boss, Kunversion, KV Core, Placester, Tiger Leads, Ylopo, or similar.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner.
  • Understanding of how to prioritize daily tasks and projects.
  • Marketing, sales, or public relations experience
  • Produce creative branding concepts to create lasting brand impressions.
  • Comfort with a variety of social media platforms and can create content, place (paid or organic), track, evaluate and alter course for maximum brand growth; including but not limited to static and video content.
  • Ability to identify the best designs and placements for brand awareness.
  • Experience with website design, hosting and integration; Squarespace, WordPress GoDaddy, widgets, IDX, pixels, etc.
  • Results-driven personality with a focus on creative execution.
  • Ambitious with proven ability to find growth opportunities in challenges.
  • Abundant mindset and personal growth-focused.
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, smartphone, and computer. IOS preferred.
