The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, CRM management, lead flow ROI, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management.
In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will be in charge of all things digital and also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
- Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
- Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
- Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
- Direct a team of virtual assistants delivering social media content, consistent posting, and lead follow up.
- Create an monitor monthly lead spend and conversion metrics. Empowered to make decisions that drive client engagement and profitability.
- Curate, structure and implement a long term post closing sphere of influence client retention communication and engagement strategy.
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Expert in forward design concepts
- Technology whisperer. Can self teach on software solutions.
- High organization skills with project management experience.
