Marketing and Inside Sales Assistant needed for an established top producing LUXURY Independent Real Estate Agent to assist realtor with various marketing, social media, and office administration duties. This position will also be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in an attempt to schedule appointments. In addition, this position will be expected to follow up on all previous leads and obtain any critical information about the buyer/seller.

Essential Job Functions

Marketing:

• Design marketing pieces - brochures, flyers, postcards, advertisements
  
• Manage, create, and post ads for social media sites
  
• Post updates regularly on social media sites
  
• Create innovative marketing programs
  
• Flyer creation and distribution for new listings, events, etc.
  
• All ad creation and submission
  
• Other office and support duties as requested
  

Inside Sales:

• Ability to make outbound calls to convert leads into appointments
  
• Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport
  
• Strong phone voice that is confident and friendly
  

Qualifications and Education:

• Must have marketing experience
  
• Experience with graphic design including Publisher and similar programs
  
• Must have social media experience
  
• Must have inside sales experience and phone etiquette skills
  
• Skilled in Microsoft Office application
  
• Experience working in Real Estate preferred
  
• Results-orientated and high achiever
  
• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree is preferred.)
