What do we need? An AMAZING Real Estate Marketing Admin....and we need one QUICKLY! This is a true career and a place to retire early from while having a massively fulfilling and challenging role and a ton of fun along the way!

I normally write 30-page long ads, so this one is actually short for me! You'll quickly KNOW if this is the opportunity for you or not! And 80 people will say it is for do you really have the ABILITY, desire, knowledge, tenacity, etc?

Quick summary upfront: We need a marketing superstar that knows SEO, PPC, Social Media, TRACKING & DATABASE MANAGEMENT!, a high tolerance for perfectionism and tight deadlines, and creative flair to round them out. Still with us? Cool, we hope you're the one we're looking for!

Are you a smoker? We do not hire smokers, your appearance in front of a client is vital and we have folks allergic to smoke here so we have a strict no smoking policy for our entire office! 

We are a high-volume Real Estate Company that is STRUGGLING to even begin to keep up with all of our ideas and goals. We miss 80% of our opportunities strictly because we can't systematize and build processes, follow up correctly, or launch new things fast enough! We are presently buying and selling 17-20 properties each month. It should be DOUBLE that easily with the network and resources we have. The CEO is a leader in this space and has the vision, ability, and knowledge to easily achieve this with the RIGHT support.

How is this for honesty and transparency: It's truly a [CENSORED]show in here! Balls get dropped, avoidable issues popping up all the time, marketing that doesn't go out on time, people implementing bandaid solutions that we have to revisit and fix 6 weeks later, new systems that I create not being implemented properly and tracked, etc. We have some GREAT people here, especially in our Marketing department, but they don't even get to shine because they are struggling and are so deeply buried in minutiae that they get to focus 5hrs of their day on their job, and 5hrs on WASTE. 

And as the Visionary, the CEO, the leader, the business layout/plans/strategies person...I have NO ability or desire to create, implement, and oversee these things. None at all. I don't have the mindset, the skills, the ability to track, etc. It is NOT my personality type. I'm an A+ in my role, a D- in that role and that's being generous! I absolutely refuse to open an Excel sheet. It’s not my job, and I’ll be very clear about that. It’s YOUR job. You have to LOVE and excel in all of the things I HATE. We will work in tandem to grow our expansion efforts into four new markets, and to do so, we have to have all of this stuff properly laid out and followed CONSISTENTLY. You have to bring me new ideas, new solutions, and you will know our goals here from day one. The only person who will make it in this role must not only be very well-versed in the world of marketing but also be incredibly resourceful and TRULY understand all of the nuances involved in both online and offline marketing and how it all works together within my vision.

See all of those things above? Yeah...those are your issues to solve, quickly, expertly, and in a permanent way (no band-aid fixes) so that they don't crop up again. Thus, we can move on, expand, ramp up, increase sales, etc. There are 100 problems to solve, and they all need someone SMART, intuitive, dedicated, passionate, etc. You love checklists, systems, organization, planning, and plotting 1-3-6-12mo goals and working backward to achieve and exceed those goals. Spreadsheets make you happy, systems and procedures make you happy. Tracking KPIs makes you happy.

If you DO have that ability, you will quickly make yourself invaluable and have a permanent career here as we continue to grow. We run a Real Estate company that thrives in both the GOOD and the BAD times. Doesn't matter to us at all what the market does. There is most definitely a recession coming right now, and when it happens…we will do EVEN BETTER in our company. Just like we did during the last 2008-2015 recession, we had record-breaking months every month.

Your ability will be DIRECTLY reflected in your income. This isn't some low-level role, this is being part of a multi-million dollar business with a sizable marketing budget that must be effectively managed each and every month. I'm seeking only those who CAN and WILL enable our team to do 30+ deals per month consistently and who has the knowledge, experience, and ability to truly do so. Do you need Real Estate experience? will definitely help you. The more you know, the better. If you don't, you'll have to be freaking amazing at catching up to speed by utilizing your existing knowledge base and experience with marketing and SEO, PPC, etc.

You will report mostly to myself (CEO) and work closely with the sales and marketing team. There's no real "hierarchy" here at all. The BEST idea wins, every single time with zero ego to get in the way of progress. We're a small company, which means there's no glass ceiling here. With success and growth, you will most definitely be offered larger bonuses and many more perks that all come with success.

We have a lot of things to do quickly when you hire on. Some are BIG, like entire new revenue streams, markets, etc.

This is a forever career with a base salary, profit share, performance bonuses, and many other investment perks (being part of our deals, etc). About us: Here's the thing. We ONLY want someone with a freaking amazing upbeat happy personality and we're not willing to accept anything less. We have a FUN office culture and we intend to keep it that way. We joke we yell, we celebrate, we have cake on Bdays, we do lunch as a team sometimes, we go to VIP Bowling and Top Golf parties, and we truly enjoy the people we work with or we get rid of them! Afraid of a curse word?? Wrong office for you! It’s very much your job to follow through on the CEO’s vision for a FUN and wildly successful company and ensure every single thing you do lends itself to that same vision. From creating new marketing pieces to delegating, maximizing SEO, and finding the absolute BEST PPC provider in our niche, expansion methods and territories, etc…all of it has to be with fun and success in mind. I’m never willing to grow to the point where we lose our fun vibe. 

The owner (me) is sometimes crazy and definitely a perfectionist....but I have a true passion for seeing our people succeed and our clients build wealth and retire early. We practice what we preach. We have more potential than all but a select few in the entire USA....but potential without output and performance is a WASTE. And we are TRULY wasting it right now. I hold back on 80% of what we could be doing simply because...we wouldn't be able to support the rest of the process through to completion and do it consistently with the level of quality that I demand, and that our clients demand and deserve. Meetings are intense, dropped balls are not easily excused if you can’t handle a VERY intense personality and work side by side with them, DO NOT APPLY. I’m telling you upfront that I do not do this for the money. I retired 5yrs ago, actually. I do this for the passion, for the sport, for being the best I can be, to fulfill my own goals in life in ways that are well beyond money, and to see our team do so well that they can enjoy some version of the same life. 

So what's the culture and team like? We're a small team of 13 and growing! My wife works here, my sister-in-law works here, my mom works here and is our silly crazy office mom, my best friend Tony is our sales manager……get the idea?? I have NO desire to be some huge corporate boring stuffy business. We do things our way, we answer to no one, and we focus more on how well our team does, and how well we serve our clients and vendors versus some arbitrary number on a spreadsheet. 

Along with our intense, but relaxed casual vibe, we’re very informal. You can wear whatever you want and there are NO office politics allowed here. Shorts and a T-shirt are normal. Sometimes, we will dress up a bit for a client, but that's a very rare thing. Some of our folks love to dress up (especially the sales dept) but that's entirely up to you :)

This is $42K-$50K++ per year based on experience and hitting/exceeding performance metrics. You'll have a starting base salary and the rest of your total salary package plus benefits will be quarterly performance bonuses. If you're not exceeding $50K+ after year 1, YOU'VE FAILED....not us. Look, I'll be blunt. I don't care how much we pay you after you've proven yourself. Can you justify a $10K raise after 6mo of kicking butt? FINE, it's YOURS! This is 50-55+ hours weekly when we have deadlines to hit. If you have other life commitments that make this a problem, please, do not apply. The salary range is 30% above average in our region for a good reason! There are late nights, emails from home to keep the team on track, weekend emails, etc. Office hours are 830a-630p, but we work WHENEVER it takes to achieve our goals while still respecting family time and balance.
