  • Create and manage drip marketing campaigns using the companies lead management system
  • Create all printed materials, mail pieces, brochures, flyers, etc. 
  • Create innovative social media campaigns to target all areas of business including, FB, LinkedIn, Instagram and Real Estate relevant online groups
  • Manage marketing calandar 
  • All related marketing and advertising support for busy real estate firm and top producers
  • Other clerical duties as directed including, answering phones, supply management, open house and special event coordination, office calendar administration, lead tracking and reporting
  • Create and run all marketing efforts as a department to be managed with your input and oversight as the company grows and marketing needs expand
  • Must have a minimum 2 years Real Estate Marketing experience or Real Estate experience with marketing in similarly sales driven business
  • Must be a highly efficient, talented self starter
  • Exceptional skill and understanding of marketing, branding, PR and social media campaigns in a competitive sales field
  • Motivated, hardworking, loyal and career minded
  • Exceptional computer skills across all platforms
$38,000 plus benefits and bonus structure
