Who we are looking for:
An individual who would like an opportunity with our company specifically because they could see themselves being a part of our mission, vision, and culture. Someone willing to be purposeful with their time, and yet truly care for the client. This person is willing to grow both personally and professionally, seek knowledge outside of business hours, and push themselves out of their comfort zone every day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 to $15.50 per hour
Benefits: Currently there are no insurance or retirement benefits offered, however, there are several other incentives that we offer.
Location: Must be available to work in our Peoria IL office.

- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Create and coordinate Marketing efforts for online marketing, Client events, special promotions, and past client care
- Obtain referral business monthly through marketing and client care activities
- Maintain customer relations at a high level
- Use systems and procedures to procure new business, service past clients in an efficient and effective process
- 2 years professional experience
- A real estate license is not required to perform the duties of this job, the willingness to obtain a Real Estate license is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organization and project management abilities
- Experience with tech such as google suite and database management software.
