Our Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. We want a highly productive social media guru!

Responsibilities
  • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
  • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
  • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
  • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers

  • Design & send out marketing emails, ads, postcards

Qualifications
  • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
  • Team player
  • Expert in forward design concepts
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must

  • Real Estate Industry Experience
  • Graphic Design Experience

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
