The Marketing Coordinator / Office Manager will have excellent communication and client service skills as well as be someone who is constantly striving for opportunities for growth and the desire to refine their craft. 


Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager duties include:

  • Assist with promotional graphics and fliers.
  • Website upkeep (Squarespace platform).
  • Distribute fliers throughout facility.
  • Prep graphics for online distribution (social media platforms).
  • Pre-Press.
  • Manage the real estate transactions and closings.
  • Manage all marketing materials for all transaction.


Specific Duties:

  • Background in Real Estate of some sort is required. No exceptions.
  • Video editing.
  • Photo editing.
  • Flier graphics.
  • Quality control.
Compensation is based on experience.
