The Marketing Coordinator will have a basic understanding of the important keys of marketing, sales, and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Real Estate office. This candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Group manager, multiple agents, and teams across three separate office locations.

The Marketing Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

The Marketing Coordinator is an eager individual who enjoys outlining and implementing new systems and processes to streamline marketing creation, implementation, and presentation.

$40,000-$50,000 + Health Benefits, Paid Holidays, PTO

  • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
  • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
  • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
