This job is for a Real Estate Marketing and Transactions Coordinator on a high-performing agent team that works at Compass in Boston's Newbury Street office. You will provide administrative, operational, and marketing support to the principal-agent(s) and team. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing all core social, marketing, and real estate activities. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow-through, and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette.

Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow and efficiencies of the team. Technologically savvy, you have a strong creative eye, creating innovative social content and progressive marketing campaigns for the principals and team.

Responsibilities
  • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies

  • Work closely and effectively with the principal-agent(s) to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary
  • Maintain and manage teams google drive, CRM contact list, listings, social networks, and website
  • Maintain and manage teams residential development’s google folder, social media, website, CRM, and excel spreadsheets
  • Manage agent's residential listings and developments transaction
  • Circulate documents for signature through DotLoop
  • Collect, email, and maintain electronic documents
  • Communicate with various parties including attorney’s, appraisers, property managers, buyers/sellers, lenders 
  • Work closely with escrow officer to track transaction timelines and manage deposits
  • Compile closing documents for sale and financing and ensure all final documents are properly filed
  • Ensure transaction timelines are conveyed internally so deadlines are met
  • Manage and maintain financing spreadsheets 
  • Manage external requests and retrieve messages on behalf of the team, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule relevant meetings and travel arrangements
  • CRM management
  • Design and write engaging Social media posts via Instagram and Facebook
  • Working knowledge of paid Instagram, google, and Facebook advertisements
  • Monitor and analyze the results of social media campaigns to determine their effectiveness, present appropriate adjustments of the campaign to the agent
  • Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making of all social media efforts
  • Create automated Mailchimp marketing email campaigns 
  • Create Bi-weekly CRM newsletters 
  • Design Print marketing materials; floor plans, postcards, brochures


Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
  • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ Years of Sales and Marketing Administrative support
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate a plus
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Professional Social Media Marketing experience - Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, Engagement, Reporting, Traffic, Competitor Analysis
  • Knowledge of creating and editing videos/Instagram reels for social media
  • Experience in workflow management
  • Experience with Later, Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Calendly, Dotloop, MLS, and Slack
  • Experience in CRM Management
  • Strong technological aptitude

Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
