A proactive and creative can-do attitude is essential, as well as the ability to remain flexible and manage changing priorities.  

This person will work at the direction of Levi Rodgers, Owner and Founder of the Levi Rodgers Group to help spearhead several cutting-edge initiatives being launched.

• Train staff on using company technology 
• Assist co-workers with setting up and optimizing social media accounts and personalized marketing material
• Write scripts and create videos to share our company’s messages
• Understand our company’s mission and vision
• Edit photos, logos, and videos as needed
• Work collaboratively with other team members and partners
• Willingness to jump in as needed, and remain flexible
• Represent our office in a courteous and professional manner
• Operate and create content for all Social Mediums, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage projects and meet short deadlines

Required Systems Experience:

• Google Suite
• Mail Chimp
• CRM's
• Graphic Design
• FB, Tik Tok, Insta, Canva
• Social Media Management Software
• Photography Equipment

Required Experience:

• Experience in writing, marketing, social media, and related software is a must.
• Creativity is a must and being able to quickly implement ideas. 
• Competence with graphic design, basic photography, and video editing skills is required. 
• Accurate Spelling and Grammar are a must. 
• Must be a self-starter, resourceful, dependable, and have a high work ethic. 
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and keep up with a fast-paced dynamic office.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction, prioritize work, and anticipate business needs.
• Must share our “Customer First” and Team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Real Estate or experience in a Real Estate office is preferred.
• College degree or vocational degree is a plus.
• Some Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Job is in Office - Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Occasionally there may be a need to work on Weekend to document company events
