We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database.   • Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000

  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that includes all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents


  • Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
  • Exceptional organizational & project management abilities
  • Tech savvy; up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Independent working with an ability to work at a fast pace
  • Detail-oriented and an enjoyment of completely a large volume of tasks
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
  • Has basic computer skills and is proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
  • Experience with marketing is a plus
