Real Estate Marketing, Social Media, Client Happiness Coordinator
Love serving people and adding value to their lives? Are you good with creating and maintaining processes for consistent, meaningful connections with others? Are you great with Mac/Apple-based technology? We need you! We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our real estate team.
This is not a real estate sales position. You're not interested in becoming a real estate agent, but you'd love to support one in maintaining quality relationships with past and potential clients. You're just fine working with a large database of contacts, importing them into a CRM, and managing plans to stay in touch with them in meaningful, thoughtful ways.
Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will also be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media and CRM guru! If you get a kick out of planning fun events that would be a huge plus!
We offer a laid-back, fun, and creative environment. The real estate agent(s) you'll support are not ego-driven, pushy salespeople. Our focus is serving others with excellence and going above and beyond expectations to make the home selling/buying process the best experience they've ever had. A flexible schedule is available. We are fully engaged in your professional and personal growth. If this sounds like a great fit, apply now!
We are not high-pressure, pushy, arm-twisting salespeople. We are a small, agile real estate team that genuinely cares for our clients before, during, and after the sale, going above and beyond expectations to serve them with excellence. We want every client to be more than satisfied so they become raving fans who gladly refer others to us. Integrity and attention to detail are foundational. We do not shy away from hard work, knowing that successful people often do what others are not willing to do.
