Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Manager / Real Estate Experience Required

Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking a Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Manager who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage.

The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking a Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Manager who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.

The Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Manager is a leader who will handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leadership skills and the ability to problem solve. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. This is a part-time, 20 hours/week, position with the intent to grow into a full-time position in 3-12 months, depending on candidate experience and ability. CA real estate sales license strongly preferred, and real estate experience is required. Position is available for immediate start.

Our ideal Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Manager candidate will have experience with transaction assistance and general office support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Listing Support (Listing to Contract)
  • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing)
  • Marketing and Database Support
  • Administrative Support


  • Experience in Real Estate or Transaction Coordination
  • Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  
  • Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur
  • Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently  
  • Management ability with team members, clients and vendors 
  • Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff 
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, CRMs
  • Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work Monday thru Friday

$15 - $20/hr
