We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate Project Manager to join our growing team.

Someone with experience in Customer Service at a Luxury Brand or who has Luxury Concierge Experience would be a good match.

We work in the Luxury Space (and ONLY in this demographic) so this requires EXTREME attention to detail and careful consideration of ALL communication and Marketing in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of our Business Practice.

A portion of this position is to handle communication with our prospective customers, past clients, current clients -- and it is communication on all levels -- so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with all forms of communicating: text, phone, email and in person.

We work with oceanfront and waterfront properties East of the Intracoastal in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Area from Boca Raton to Golden Beach in the following areas:

  • Sales
  • Investments (1031s, reverse exchanges, 2nd, 3rd, 4th homes etc)
  • Residential Property Management
  • Vacation, Seasonal, & Longer-Term Rentals
  • Design & Execution of Refresh/Updates for Homes
  • Complete Furnishings of Homes

For high net worth, UHNWIs, and Family Offices working with their existing board of advisors to make all of their residential real estate transactions and holdings easy because of our vast network of domestic and international partners.

This unique individual should be very familiar with Contact Management Systems and DRIP campaigns, be comfortable speaking on the phone and in person, have an eye for LUXURY. Additional helpful skills: photo editing, minor video editing, social media, and Canva.

A significant portion of our business is Property Management combined with Vacation and Short-Term Rentals which requires interaction with both the owners and guests. We have a Ritz Carlton mentality when it comes to serving both our owner and guests which means we will do our best to find a way to make it happen (assuming it's within reason).

We work closely with other Luxury Agents throughout the country and know that we have a curated collection of the finest homes.

This position allows the successful candidate to have a reduced-hour work week (35 hours) and 3 weeks (15 days) of paid vacation. The successful candidate may not be out of the office when the owner is traveling for business or vacation.

YES, we will have deadlines -- so there may be a week where you work more than 35 hours but the following week, you will be able to have extra time off. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of marketing and luxury customer service. Real Estate Experience is helpful but not required.

In full transparency, the interview process is long -- about 4 weeks. And you will be requested to complete several questionnaires -- some of which you may find repetitive, but to our skilled eye allow us to find the EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE WHO WILL EXCEL!

And Thank you for your time.
