Managing Broker - Contract Review & Compliance
Professional Realty Services has 1 more position available for a full-time real estate “Contract Review Broker” position. You will be responsible for the daily review of real estate contracts using our paperless transaction management platform to ensure the transaction compliance of State real estate laws.
The ideal candidate for this position is looking for a 9 AM-5 PM (Monday – Friday) “in office” Brokerage position. We are looking for a candidate that takes pride in their work, has high ethical standards, understands the importance of their contract review responsibilities, and will be able to keep pace with our growing transaction numbers. *You will still be able to practice real estate in the evenings and on weekends.
- Make our Agent Partners feel like they’re important because they are!
- Engage in courteous, respectful communications with Brokers, Staff, and Agent Partners by phone, text, and email. We are very particular about how those in our organization are treated. We are Positive, Gracious, and Helpful in everything we do.
- Daily review of real estate transaction contracts and other documents using our paperless transaction management system. We review new contract documents every business day.
- Work with our Agent Partners to complete their transaction files before closing so they get paid on the day of closing.
- Communicate in writing and verbally with Agents on contract review issues.
- Answer questions pertaining to contracts, MLS rules, and real estate laws.
- Attend regular company paid training, coaching, and CE.
- The DISC Assessment that will be emailed to you is REQUIRED for your application to be considered
- MUST have an active Washington Designated Broker or Managing Broker license.
- Excellent written communication skills in email and text.
- 3+ years’ experience as a licensed real estate professional
- Experience in reviewing real estate contracts for a brokerage and helping agents on needed corrections and addenda a plus.
- Experience in effectively communicating with Agents regarding State real estate laws as well as local MLS rules a plus.
- Proficient Excel and Word skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and must take pride in the quality of your work.
- Great communicator and prides themselves in delivering great hospitality and high-level service to others.
- Detail-oriented.
