You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. - Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards
- Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage
- Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage
- Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage
- Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
