You’ll oversee three branch locations and be the designated broker of four REALTOR boards, build up your agents, and train them to be top performers. Responsibilities

LMA (Leadership + Management = Accountability)
- Promote a positive vision, tone, and culture of the organization by providing superior customer service to our clients and associates.
- Responsible for personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports
Recruiting & Retaining Talent
- Focus on recruiting professional talent to enhance the profitability of the firm
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that sales agents remain engaged
- Meet routinely with Sales Associates for coaching and mentoring sessions that show a positive increase in agent production.
Career Development & Talent Management
- Stay up to date on industry-wide changes, national and local economic implications and how they impact local real estate conditions; changes in technology and social media (evolving marketing opportunities).
- Performs market research to identify industry trends and makes recommendations to agents on how to effectively respond to changes and fluctuations
- Conducts events to enhance agents' knowledge and understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law, lead generation strategies with a focus on the opportunities to expand on the company production, company-provided tools and resources (products and services), and marrying online and offline marketing efforts.
- Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abide by all state and national Fair Housing Act Regulations and real-estate laws
- Oversee all brokerage responsibilities of the agents including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions.
Location Growth & Operations
- Supports innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing state agent base in terms of brokerage operations
- Ensuring conformance to office profit and strategic plans and production goals, with minimal negative deviation.
- Developing and executing methodologies for enhancing office profitability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring that the office is staffed at optimum levels by effective and well-trained individuals who are capable of making a positive contribution to the achievement of established goals.
- Promotes the company's affiliated business partners and maintains good relationships with vendors.
Tier 3 Agent Support:
- Overall responsibility and authority of contracts, agreements, and other transactional documentation to ensure a smooth transition through close of escrow
- Effectively consults and engages with PPR agents and others in problem-solving matters associated with difficult or complex transaction issues
- Performs contract review to ensure the legal and contractual compliance of transactions
- Available for any Procuring Cause cases or In-House Mediation meetings.
Qualifications
- Active real estate broker's license in FL.
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support agents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with real estate software and technology, including MLS and transaction management systems
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
