You’ll recruit new agents to grow our real estate team, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, using our proprietary systems and oversee operations to ensure company success. - Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
- Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales
- Grow the team by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our team keeps our top performers
- Ensure the team is adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
