We’re looking for a highly-driven part-time real estate managing agent to lead our top-performing team. You’ll recruit new agents to grow our real estate team, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, using our proprietary systems and oversee operations to ensure company success. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record. Responsibilities
  • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
  • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales

  • Grow the team by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our team keeps our top performers
  • Ensure the team is adhering to all company policies and procedures


Qualifications
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
Compensation
$18 hourly+ commission
