We are a multi office RE/MAX Franchise #1 in New Jersey!

We are seeking a Broker to manage one of our locations. 1 year of real estate management experience is preferred. A New Jersey Broker's license is a must!

If you have experience leading a team of real estate sales professionals toward their individual and team goals, and you enjoy recruiting other sales agents, then we would like to talk to you.

Our Managing Brokers have a strong background in assisting their agents to go to the next level of their business and are enthusiastic recruiters of new agents.

A New Jersey Broker's License is a must!

Our managers recruit, train new agents, manage profit-and-loss statements, assist with transactions, perform administrative functions, and ensure that the office is a vibrant place to sell real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture the Agents in your Branch Office
  • Recruit experienced agents
  • Be a Servant Leader
  • Set goals with your agents and coach them to meet those goals
  • Lead by example, conduct your business with the adoption of the company Mission Statement as a guide
  • Promote personal growth and knowledge through attendance at company Masterminds, and Training
  • Attend leadership meetings
  • Lead by example
  • Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement

Qualifications

  • A New Jersey Real Estate Broker's License is a must
  • Minimum of one-year Real Estate management experience
  • Proven Recruiting Success
  • Experience, and proven success in managing and growing a Real Estate office
  • A willingness to learn, stay up to date on market trends, and technology
  • Proven success in personal Real Estate sales
  • A Team Player

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
