We’re expanding our real estate brokerage and looking for a full-time real estate manager who can help lead our qualified team of real estate agents as well as new recruits to their best potential. Potential for equity ownership.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, reviewing contracts for compliance, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. If you’re a driven communicator who loves to help others succeed, start your application today!

Responsibilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to manage challenges and oversee employees interact positively
  • Review contracts for compliance
  • Plan and conduct weekly team meetings
  • Train and mentor team agents in an ongoing capacity
  • Create and execute the quarterly and annual budget and sales goals
  • Build the brokerage by finding and hiring new agents that will improve the team
  • Oversee operational responsibilities of the brokerage, including the company's MLS listings and real estate transactions
  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards 
  • Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
  • Managing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

Qualifications

  • Applicants need a Hawaii real estate broker’s license
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a licensed, active Hawaii real estate agent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Flexibility to help them adjust to new jobs should include the company or office needs to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and the state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate offices
  • 3+ years of experience managing offices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Certificate in real estate office management
  • Familiarity with the surrounding area
