When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. We are looking for an up-and-coming individual to continue to grow our litigation department. The attorney needs to be experienced and needs little to no supervision, although there are other attorneys to bounce ideas off of.

Our Real Estate Litigation Attorney will provide our potential clients with the ultimate customer service experience. This important position involves completing litigation tasks as well as client retention. It requires the right combination of legal acumen, telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of their problems. Legal experience handling real estate litigation is required. You must have Florida real estate litigation experience and be a current member of the Florida Bar Association.

Additionally, if you have previous legal experience and are looking for the next step in your career, this position is perfect for you.

(We currently use Clio Manage).

We are fully invested in policies and procedures and systems. We believe in a team approach, where you can ask for help when you need it without fear of being judged. But, at times, you will also need to know how to figure things out on your own and be able to creatively solve problems and come up with solutions. You must be able to think on your feet and make smart decisions. If you can’t think on your feet, please do not apply.

Other requirements include the following:

Most importantly, you must have compassion when dealing with our clients. As an ambassador to the world for our firm, you will be one of the first people our clients speak with. Your ability to listen to what you are being told and ask follow-up questions is very important. If you cannot listen, understand, evaluate, and interview someone so that the firm can best represent them, this is not the job for you.

To put it simply, we want you to do good work and rally around our clients to help solve their legal problems. We want people who want to make a positive difference in our little piece of the world.

Think you have what it takes to be our Real Estate Litigation Attorney? If this sounds like a good fit for you, you will need to complete a two-step process in order to be considered.
