  • Organize all showings and keep in close contact with other agents to communicate with them about their showings and increase homes sold
  • Assist homeowners with the completion of listing contracts and disclosures and send to the office broker for file compliance
  • Compile all listing information including property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
  • Work closely with sellers from initial contact for the listing to executed contract so agents are free to help more customers
  • Post and maintain all listings in MLS to sell homes fast and satisfy customers
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Make sure inspections are arranged, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
  • Ensure that the offer and counteroffers from the buyer are approved by the seller to create a smooth real estate sales process for our clients
  • Input all client information into the client database system, submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in the following is preferred: real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages
  • Currently has a real estate license or willing to pursue a license
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with technology such as the Google Office Suite is highly encouraged as well as a familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Own transportation and will to use for work
  • Willing to use own cell phone for work
  • Able to work at a desk efficiently for extended periods of time

$10 - $12 hourly
