Responsibilities
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Qualifications
  • One year of work experience in real estate
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Has a real estate license

  • Has documented experience with listing homes and a track record of success.
  • Has marketing experience in or outside of real estate.
  • Has outstanding presentation skills for listing presentations.
  • Humbly, Hungry, Smart

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000
