The Franklin Team is seeking a proactive, highly-organized Listing Specialist to play a key role on our growing team. We need a Listing Specialist who is a licensed Realtor and will serve as the team’s listing market expert. This person will be comfortable attending several listing appointments a day and is eager to win the business. They will help guide the clients in the decision-making process as far as pricing a home and ways to maximize value with a strategic marketing plan best suited for the seller’s needs.

With the support of our Listing Team, the Listing Specialist will take the home to the market where it’s taken over by the listing manager. The perfect candidate is someone who develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends as well as can provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude with the desire to excel with a top team in the country.

The Listing Specialist is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, he/she demonstrates the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving listing agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. He/she will market the home or work in tandem with a Listing Manager to launch a marketing campaign and oversee the deal through to close.

Base salary with a strong commission structure.

  • Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
  • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
  • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued

  • Active Texas Real Estate License is required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and will need to learn how to use the company's CRM
  • 1-3 Years of industry and sales experience

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
