We are seeking a highly motivated Listing Specialist to join our BHHS sales team.

We are one of the top real estate companies in the Inland Empire and we are looking for a Listing Specialist to join our team. 

We have teams growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to take over the listing side of a business that supports and sustains a team.

  • Respond to all listing leads/requests
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Work with clients to stage, price and market homes
  • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions
  • Train team members best practices
  • Work closely with Sellers to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Network to source new business as needed
  • Explain market power and benefits of multiple listing service.
  • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests
  • A background in sales, marketing and customer service is an asset, and we will provide training to make those skills applicable to real estate. 
  • Must have a CA Real Estate license or pursuing one
  • Be quick on your feet
  • A professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and to take initiative to create a broad and loyal client base is essential to this role
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Pull all listings from the MLS
  • Set up all showings to view homes

Compensation for Real Estate Agents is commission-based. You will find that the more effort you put into making sales and purchases, the more income you will generate for yourself. Real Estate Agents often earn over $100,000 after they've established a loyal client base.
