We're in search of a detail oriented, helpful, positive, problem solver that is consistently willing to go the extra mile for our real estate agents while striving to achieve the highest level of customer service to our clients. Our listing and marketing coordinator will manage our listing inventory, and work directly with our clients to prepare their homes to go on the market. They will also be responsible for marketing and social media, gifting and assisting with client events.   • Prepare listing paperwork and pre-listing information including all required disclosures and scheduling a photographer. 
  • Coordinate showing availability and open houses.
  • Post new listings to social media and arrange marketing material for real estate posts.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts and weekly posts.
  • Send out monthly mailers and newsletters.
  • Manage gifting system and mailing cards.
  • Help organize/ coordinate events.
  • Communicate efficiently between listing agent, client, and transaction coordinator.


  • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client.
  • Real Estate License Preferred but not required.
  • Some experience with social media preferred.
  • Good Communication skills, comfortable on zoom and the phone.
  • High Attention to detail.

$16 - $20 hourly
