We have a large real estate team and are looking to grow our administrative side. We are seeking a Full Time Listing and Transaction Manager (Listing Assistant).

The Listing Assistant is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. This individual may be assigned various listing duties, from listing and marketing properties, assisting with the negotiation of contracts and inspection items, and seeing the client through the transaction all the way to the closing table. The Listing Assistant will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals. The Listing Assistant is deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his/her own skills and developing into a leader within the team. As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results.

Ideal candidates are able to handle a heavy file load and keep up with tasks. They will re-evaluate the priorities throughout the day and adjust accordingly. 

Real Estate license required. 

  • Responsible for verifying all properties have been entered into the listing and closing system
  • Compiling reports and providing feedback to clients
  • Verify all required documents have been turned into the broker within the allowable time 
  • Various administrative tasks 
  • Warm, engaging, caring personality
  • Assisting newer agents with Zipforms and Docusign
  • Review files for accuracy
  • Maintain a valid Real Estate License
  • Keeping the agents on task and following the process
  • Supports the sales agents in the maintenance, documentation and follow-up of all their escrow related paperwork
  • AZ Real Estate license
  • Problem solving ability
  • Current Real Estate experience (preferably working on a team)
  • Extremely well organized, and able to organize others as well
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information
  • Problem solving ability

$35,000-$50,000 annual (starting salary based on experience)
