Who we’re looking for: 
We are seeking a dynamic leader who is ready to lead the Listing Division of our company. This position is part of the Operations Division and the Listing Manager will work closely with all members of Leadership. Your major objective is to grow the division, lead the division, provide management of team listings, provide fiduciary service to sellers throughout the listing contract, and ensure the client experience is consistent with the team's Mission, Vision, and Values objectives. You are responsible for Seller Division production and growth. Every seller client, listing specialist, and listing assistant is YOUR client. 

You will demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. You are committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly providing them with learning and growth opportunities. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Management of all team listings, to include tasks related to preparing pre-listing materials, preparing and maintaining listing contacts for state and office compliance, and entering and ensuring data is current and accurate in MLS and syndicated sites. 
  • The Listing Manager will be responsible for managing current seller campaigns in the database and updating the seller's currently listed spreadsheet for tracking and reporting. 
  • All pre-list activities are coordinated by the listing manager, including lockbox installation and directional placement. This may include out-of-office activity while preparing the listing for market and management of in-house and third-party vendors. 
  • The Listing Manager will work on building systems for pre-listing engagement and database management, as well as all communication rhythm between Listing Taken and Listing in Contract phase. 
  • Listing Manager to assist with seller relationship and management during the escrow phase as needed. 
  • Facilitate listing marketing, which may be coordinated with the assistance of our Virtual Professional. This may include print materials, online promotion through social media, broker emails, and PDX Property Group blog posts. 
  • The Listing Manager shall keep the Listing Specialist updated on the progress of seller contracts and advising when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the listing process for all team listings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and schedule vendors (runner, signs, photography, etc).
  • Regular communication with sellers, agents, and the operations team. 
  • Manage and direct all open houses on team listings. Maintain and improve open house systems. 
  • Management of showings of current listings and seller/tenant communication. 
  • Research and respond to agent requests regarding current listings as well as prospective listings. 
  • Maintain listing compliance through document management. 
  • Execute listing marketing on all platforms. 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a sense of accountability for the customer experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Learning based
  • High school graduate
  • Valid Driver's License and personal transportation 
  • 1–3 years of industry experience preferred 
  • 1–3 years of management experience preferred

This is an in-office position.

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
